It's easy to grow them using particular commodity delivery contracts, so bring decoy grenades and throw knives to eliminate all zombies in your way. The best contracts are either Goods Delivery or Survival, which you can complete even with a minimum of loads in MW3 Zombies. With just a few grenades lures and throwing knives, you could cultivate the Goods Delivery Contract alone several times to get what you need without too much hassle. If it doesn’t show up for you, it alternates with the escort mission in the area, so take the escort contract, then cancel it immediately to generate another shipment.
Outlast may be a little tricky, but inside the building where the NDP is located, you can climb to the top of a scaffolding, throw decoys through the opening, and run outside for ammunition when you need to reload your gear. If you alternate these contracts, you can potentially even get these schematics solo.
